[Mount Shepherd Group of Institutions Recognized as Research Centre by Dr. Gangubai Hanagal Music and Performing Arts University

In a significant academic milestone, the Mount Shepherd Group of Institutions has been officially recognized as a research centre under the esteemed Dr. Gangubai Hanagal Music and Performing Arts University. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally received from the Hon’ble Chancellor, Dr. Nagesh V. Bettakote, in a ceremony graced by the presence of the institution’s respected Chairman, Dr. Walter P. Jai Singh, Principal Dr. Thammaiah R. B., and other dignitaries.

The recognition marks a new chapter in the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and research innovation. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Thammaiah R. B., Principal of Mount Shepherd Group of Institutions, expressed his delight over the achievement, calling it “yet another feather in the cap of the institution.”

With this recognition, the Mount Shepherd Group of Institutions is poised to contribute significantly to scholarly research and foster academic collaborations in the fields of music and performing arts.
