""Rajasthan Youth Association donate 51 Computer system and sports equipment to R.C.College ""  Government Ramanarayan college of commerce and management held its Annual prize distribution programme on Tuesday. Winners in cultural and management events, Adventure Club, NCC, NSS activities and sports recieved the prizes. Shri Uttam Chourdia, honourable trustee of Uttam Chourdia Trust and , President of Book Bank and student scholarship were the chief guests. Dr. Chandrashekara, the Principal of the college presided over the programme. Addressing the winners on behalf of Chourdia Trust Shri Vinay Chourdia urged the students never to forget the roots nor the institution which enabled them to achieve. He said that the value of education is enhanced when students contribute to the society. Principal of the college Dr. Chandrashekara lauded the great philanthropic work done by Chourdia Trust. He appreciated and thanked the Trust for providing fifty desktops and other sports equipments through Rajasthan Youth association. On the occassion Chourdia Trust also bestowed the best outgoing students with silver medals. Esteemed Chief guests also gave  "Datti Ratna" (constituted in the name of donors) prizes to 78 students for their outstanding performance in academics. Prof. Premavathi co-ordinator of Cultural events, Dr. Waseeha Firdose co-ordinator of Management events and Dr. Prakash NCC co-ordinator were present during the prize distribution and all faculty non faculty and students present in this occasion.

Graduation day held in Government R.C. College"" 
Bangaluru: Government Ramanarayan college of commerce and management, Race Course Road, Bangaluru held its Graduation day on Tuesday. Former member of Parliament, Tumkur Rural constituency and esteemed alumni of the college Sri Suresh Gowda , Dr. V. Lokesh, Registrar of Bangalore City University, Sri R V Harish, President of Alumni Association, RC College and Sri Ajay Shand, President of Rajasthan Youth association were the chief guests of this august gathering Presided by Dr. B. Chandrashekara, Principal of the college. 

Addresing the graduating students, Chief Guest Suresh Gowda appealed to the students to work towards the goal with passion. He deemed it a great fortune to have been an alumni of the institution and assured he would strive hard to provide better infrastructure to the institution. President of alumni association R V Harish stressed upon the need to counter polarisation. He urged students to stay secular and live in harmony. Registrar Dr Lokesh V insisted on the necessity of  ethics, staying optimistic, having a vision and working relentlessly to acquire knowledge. President of Rajasthan Youth association Sri Ajay Shand appealed to the students to imbibe the mantra- "Yes I can" to succeed. Rajasthan Youth Association graciously donated fifty desktops to the institution on this occassion. Addresing  the ecstatic students Principal of the college Dr. Chandrashekara asked students to contribute to the society after graduation. He said that ego is indirectly proportional to knowledge and acquisition of Knowledge should make a man more humble. More than 800 jubiliant students became graduates on this day teaching and non teaching staff then students participate this occasion.
